The same struggles and obstacles that an individual needs to overcome to engage in a new culture need to be overcome by organizations.

I learned how to be a perpetual learner and maintain intellectual humility all while in community. This program replaces all the general education at Biola with a great books program. Through long hours discussing and even longer hours reading it taught so much more than just English and History.
